Just like other other poor HD remakes on PS3/Xbox 360, this new upgraded version of Dementium is disappointing. But sadly the old visuals ruin the game experience. I would recommend it, if your looking to play a horror game on the 3DS.
Overall the game is fun and the only true horror game on the 3DS.
The sound is OK and the controls are similar to most first person shooters on the 3DS/DS. The environment and monsters still have the old DS look to them. I was hoping Renegade Kid would give Dementium Remastered a complete makeover, something like Zelda Ocarina of time. The game looks like a old Nintendo 64 game. My biggest complaint our the graphics, even though, it looks better than the DS. After playing the game I realize, it's the same game I played back on DS with minor visual improvements. When Renegade announce a Dementium Remastered for the 3DS, I was psyche. After Dementium on Nintendo DS was decent portable horror game.
